Kieran Tests sells digital supplier access. We do not ship the branded physical products displayed on our website.

After completing your purchase, your supplier access will be delivered digitally to the email address provided during checkout.

Delivery method

Your digital access will be sent by email.

Please ensure your email address is entered correctly before completing your order.

If you cannot find your order email, please check:

Digital delivery is normally automatic and should arrive shortly after payment has been successfully processed.

Occasional delays may occur because of payment verification, email filtering or technical issues.

No physical shipment

Unless a product page specifically states otherwise, nothing will be physically shipped to your address.

References to products such as trainers, fragrances, gaming accessories, clothing or other goods describe the type of supplier access being purchased. The physical products themselves are not included in your Kieran Tests purchase.
